Who we are

These terms apply when you use thin-cover.com or buy from Thin Cover ("we" or "us"). When you place an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund policy and our Shipping policy.

Made to order: no change-of-mind returns

Everything we sell is made to order. Our print partner makes each item after you buy it and ships it to you. Because each item is made just for your order, we don't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind. That includes ordering the wrong size, so please check the size chart on the product page before you order.

If something arrives damaged, misprinted or flawed, or we sent the wrong item or size, we'll send a new one or refund it, your choice. Our Refund policy explains how, and how to cancel or change an order before we start making it.

Orders

We may cancel an order we can't fill, for example if an item can't be made or can't be delivered to your address. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Our Shipping policy covers when orders ship, delivery times, and what happens if an order will ship late.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax show at checkout, before you pay.

We work hard to get every price right. If we find a price mistake after you order, we'll email you. If the right price is lower, we refund the difference. If it's higher, you can pay the difference or cancel for a full refund. If we don't hear back within 3 days, we cancel the order and refund you in full. We never charge you more without your OK.

Gift cards never expire and have no fees.

Product pictures

Our product pictures are photos or computer renders. Colors on your screen and printed colors can differ slightly.

Using this site

Please use the site the way it's meant to be used:

• Don't try to hack, overload or get around the site's security.
• Don't use bots or scrapers to copy the site.
• Don't place fake orders or use a payment method that isn't yours.

If you have an account, keep your sign-in details to yourself. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) or close an account that breaks these rules.

We keep the site running as well as we can, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. We may change products, prices or the site at any time. Changes never affect an order you've already placed, except to fix a price mistake as described above.

Our designs and names

The designs, art, photos, text and the Long Dog character on this site belong to us or are used with permission. THIN COVER™, DOWNHILL™, LONG DOG™ and FROM FIRST CHAIR TO THE LAST CHAIR™ are our trademarks, along with the Thin Cover logo.

You're welcome to share photos of yourself in our gear. Please don't copy our designs, or use our names or logo on products or in any way that suggests we made or approved something we didn't, without our written permission.

Our responsibility

We stand behind what we sell, as our Refund policy and Shipping policy explain. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows:

• The most we owe you for a problem with an order is what you paid for that order.
• We aren't responsible for losses nobody could have expected when you placed your order.

These limits don't cover injury to a person, or anything else the law doesn't let us limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top. The terms posted when you place an order apply to that order.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. If something goes wrong, please email us first. We'd rather fix it.
